Lambsquarters Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups water
    2 apples, cored and quartered
    1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
    1 cup coarsely chopped lambsquarters stems and leaves
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 tablespoon flax seeds
    1 pinch ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine water, apples, kiwi, lambsquarters, honey, flax seeds, and ginger in a blender; blend on high speed until smooth, about 30 seconds.
