Shonna'S Waffle Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups rehydrated Idahoan(R) Hash Browns
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon pepper
    Sour cream
    Salsa
Preparation
    Mix eggs with hash browns.
    Stir in veggies and seasonings.
    Spray or brush oil on your waffle iron and heat up.
    Pour enough batter to cover the lower cooking surface. Close lid and cook per manufacturers instructions until golden brown.
    Serve hot with sour cream and salsa.
