White Hot Chocolate With Cardamom - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups 2% milk
    1 cup skim milk
    3 (2 ounce) bars white chocolate, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon crushed cardamom pods
    2 teaspoons rosewater
Preparation
    Combine 2% milk, skim milk, white chocolate, and cardamom pods in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted and well combined, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat before hot chocolate comes to a boil. Stir in rosewater. Strain out cardamom pods.
