Rice And Veggie Salad With Knorr® Sides - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5.4 ounce) package Knorr(R) Rice SidesTM - Herb & Butter
    1 orange bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
    1 (10.5 ounce) container cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
    1 red onion, chopped
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen shelled edamame, prepared according to package directions
    2 limes, juiced
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions. Transfer to a large bowl and let cool.
    Add bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion, edamame, lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve!
