Air Mail Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fluid ounce light rum
1/2 fluid ounce lime juice
1/2 fluid ounce honey syrup
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon chilled Champagne
Preparation

Combine rum, lime juice, and honey syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, cover and shake until chilled. Strain into Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
