Zesty Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14.75 ounce) can salmon - drained, deboned, and flaked
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 cup minced onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay(R))
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Combine salmon, flour, bread crumbs, onion, egg, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper and mix very well. Shape mixture into 6 even-sized patties.
    Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium-low heat. Cook patties until nicely browned, about 5 minutes per side.
