Karen'S Aip Avocado Mayo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
    1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
    Combine avocado, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil, garlic, and sea salt in a bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until creamy and smooth.
