Slow Cooker Chinese Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds baby carrots
    1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
    1/4 cup tamari sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
    1 teaspoon grated orange zest
    1 tablespoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil
    1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
    Place the baby carrots, orange juice concentrate, tamari sauce, garlic, ginger, orange zest, toasted sesame oil, and honey into a slow cooker, and mix well. Set the cooker to Low, cover, and cook for 8 hours. Turn setting to High, and cook for 30 minutes.
