Blueberry Almond Yogurt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons slivered almonds
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    1/4 cup milk
Preparation
    Blend almonds and chia seeds together in a blender. Add yogurt, blueberries, and milk; blend until smooth.
