Vegan Mediterranean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Dressing:
    1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 teaspoon garlic powder, or more to taste
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    Salad:
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 green bell peppers, diced
    3 Persian cucumbers, diced
    4 tomatoes, chopped
    4 radishes, chopped, or more to taste
    2 kosher dill pickles, chopped
    3 green onions, sliced, or more to taste
Preparation
    Whisk olive oil, lemon, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, dill pickles, and green onions; toss to combine. Let marinate in the refrigerator until flavors combine, 10 to 15 minutes.
