Vegan "Sour Cream" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) package firm tofu
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Combine tofu, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, and salt in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth.
