Spanish Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove crushed garlic
    1 (6.8 ounce) package Spanish-style rice mix
    1 (14.5 ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes
    2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
    4 1/2 cups water
Preparation
    Brown turkey, onion, and garlic. Add rice, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
