Very Garlicky Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine the garlic, mustard, and vinegar in a bowl; mix well. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil, constantly whisking until the dressing is thick; season with salt and pepper.
