1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
2 (29 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 tablespoons white sugar, or more to taste
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation

Stir tomato juice, tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, basil, and pepper together in a slow cooker.
Cook on Low 4 to 6 hours.
