Buffalo Chicken & Rice Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) Spread
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 (5.6 ounce) package Knorr(R) Rice SidesTM - Chicken flavor
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 tablespoons cayenne hot sauce, or more to taste
    2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
Preparation
    Melt Spread in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
    Add 2 cups water, Knorr(R) Rice Sides(TM) - Chicken flavor, carrots and celery to same skillet and prepare according to package directions.
    Stir in chicken and hot sauce. Serve sprinkled with blue cheese and, if desired, additional chopped celery.
