Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

2 cups bread crumbs
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Stir bread crumbs, pineapple, sugar, margarine, and eggs together in a bowl. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbling, about 30 minutes.
