Ingredients

3 1/2 cups instant mashed potato flakes
3/4 cup sour cream
1 (3 ounce) can bacon bits
1 pound mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Prepare potatoes according to package directions.
Add sour cream and bacon bits; mix well.
Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top with cheese; bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
