Vegan Open-Faced Alt (Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise (such as FabanaiseTM)
    1 whole-grain English muffin, toasted
    1 avocado, sliced
    1 small tomato, sliced
    1/2 leaf lettuce, halved lengthwise
Preparation
    Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise over each half of the English muffin. Add avocado and tomato slices. Top with lettuce.
