Curried Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

6 slices bacon
3 cups diced cooked chicken breast meat
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup seedless grapes
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red onion, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Crumble and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine bacon, chicken, celery, and grapes.
Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by whisking together the mayonnaise, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, curry and salt and pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.
