Timesaver Kale Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 lime, juiced
    1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
    5 ounces baby kale, chopped into bite-size pieces
    1/2 red onion, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, or more to taste
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Whisk balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and lime juice in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix, baby kale, red onion, and sunflower seeds; toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
