Timesaver Kale Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 lime, juiced
1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
5 ounces baby kale, chopped into bite-size pieces
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, or more to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
