Festive Winter Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 red grapefruits, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
    4 navel oranges, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces
    4 kiwifruits, peeled and cut into bite-size pieces, or more to taste
    2 Granny Smith apples - peeled, cored, and cut into bite-size pieces
    1 cup chopped pineapple
    1 pomegranate, seeded
    1 lime
    3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
Preparation
    Combine grapefruits, oranges, kiwifruits, apples, and pineapple in a large bowl. Mix in pomegranate seeds. Zest and juice lime over the salad. Sprinkle mint on top; mix once more. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
