Kohl Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons cherry vinegar
    1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise (such as Follow Your Heart(R) Veganaise(R))
    1 tablespoon agave nectar
    1 tablespoon brown mustard seeds
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
    2 crisp apples, shredded
    2 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled and shredded
    4 carrots, shredded
Preparation
    Whisk vinegar, vegan mayonnaise, agave nectar, mustard seeds, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper together in a bowl until dressing is smooth. Stir apples, kohlrabi, and carrots into dressing until evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for flavors to blend, at least 1 hour.
