Chilled Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1/2 Spanish onion, minced
1 cup Italian-style salad dressing (such as Wishbone(R))
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 cup tomato juice
Preparation

Combine cucumber, green bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl; stir in Italian dressing and basil. Add tomatoes and tomato juice and stir well. Refrigerate until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
