Overnight Mango Chia Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Chia Pudding:
    1 cup almond milk
    5 tablespoons chia seeds
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 pinch ground cinnamon
    1 pinch ground cardamom
    Mango Puree:
    2 small mangoes - peeled, seeded, and diced
    1 tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
    Stir almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and cardamom together in a bowl with a lid. Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
    Combine mango and maple syrup in a blender; blend until smooth.
    Layer chia pudding and mango puree in 4 dessert bowls or glasses.
