Simple Garlic Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation

In a medium glass bowl, mix together tomatoes, oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover, and refrigerate overnight, allowing the flavors to 'mix and mingle'.
