Lexi'S Protein-Packed Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup strawberries
    1/4 (16 ounce) package silken tofu
    1 banana, cut into chunks
    1/4 cup milk, or to taste
    1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste
Preparation
    Blend yogurt, strawberries, tofu, banana, milk, and sugar together in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
