Carrot Cake Energy Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker(R) Oats
    1 cup finely shredded carrots
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup dates, pitted and chopped
    1/3 cup finely chopped almonds
    1/3 cup coconut flakes
Preparation
    Stir together first 5 ingredients.
    Form the dough into tablespoon-sized balls, dip in coconut flakes, and refrigerate an hour before eating.
