1/2 cup cashews
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped onion, or more to taste
8 capers
1 teaspoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Blend water, cashews, lemon juice, sesame seeds, onion, capers, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper together in a blender until smooth.
