1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 (15 ounce) cans sweet peas, drained
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Preparation
