    1/2 banana, sliced
    1/4 cup cottage cheese
    1/4 cup walnut halves
    1/4 cup whole almonds
    2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend spinach, carrots, beet, pear, milk, banana, cottage cheese, walnuts, almonds, yogurt, honey, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth.
