Reduced Fat Yogurt Ranch Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup powdered buttermilk
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    1 teaspoon dried chives
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk, garlic powder, dill weed, parsley, chives, onion powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl, making sure to break up any clumps. Gently fold in the yogurt until combined, being careful not to over mix. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Pour off any whey before serving.
