Citrus-Tarragon Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 cups chopped cooked chicken breast meat
    1 celery stalk, chopped
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    2 teaspoons lemon zest
    2 teaspoons orange zest
    1 cup mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the chicken, celery, green onions, and tarragon together in a large bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, orange zest, and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
