Green Garlic Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green garlic (garlic scapes), cut into pieces
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon dry sherry
    lemon, juiced
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
    1 cup sour cream
    salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place the green garlic, cilantro, olive oil, sherry, lemon juice, and jalapeno pepper into a blender or food processor. Blend until pureed. Scrape into a bowl, and mix in the sour cream until evenly blended. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Refrigerate before serving.
