Lushy Slushy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (46 fluid ounce) can pineapple juice
1 1/2 cups vodka
3/4 cup white sugar
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (6 ounce) can water
1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
3 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles cherry-flavored lemon-lime soda (such as Cherry 7UP(R))

Preparation

Mix pineapple juice, vodka, sugar, orange juice concentrate, water, and amaretto liqueur in a large container; freeze overnight. To serve, fill a large glass about half full of the slushy mixture and fill the rest of the glass with cherry-flavored lemon-lime soda.
