Easy Shrimp Mozambique - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup water
1 lemon, juiced
8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 (1.41 ounce) packages sazon seasoning with saffron (such as Goya(R) Azafran)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1/2 (12 ounce) bottle beer
2 teaspoons hot sauce (such as Tabasco(R)), or to taste
1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and saute until slightly golden, about 5 minutes. Stir in water, lemon juice, garlic, sazon, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour in beer and stir. Add hot sauce; bring to a boil. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3 minutes.
