Turmeric Pepper Shrimp Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 teaspoon ghee (clarified butter)
7 prawns, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup fresh baby spinach, or to taste
1/2 avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced
1/2 apple - peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, or to taste
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt to taste
Preparation

Heat a small skillet over medium heat; add ghee. Place prawns in the melted ghee and season with turmeric and pepper; cook for 30 seconds. Flip prawns and cook other side until pink and cooked through, 30 to 60 seconds. Remove skillet from heat.
Place spinach in a bowl and top with avocado, apple slices, and shrimp. Sprinkle feta cheese and almonds over salad. Drizzle olive oil over salad and top with salt.
