Italian Smoked Sausage Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 ounce) package Hillshire Farm(R) Smoked Sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow onion
    1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
    1 cup tomato sauce
    4 hoagie buns
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven at 425 degrees F.
    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sausage, onions and peppers in the tomato sauce for 8-10 minutes, stirring often. Spoon the mixture into buns and place on a baking sheet, top with shredded cheese. Bake for 3-5 minutes, just until the cheese has melted.
