California Guacamole With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
    4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, drained and crumbled
    1 large tomato, seeded and finely chopped
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 dash hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Place the avocados in a bowl, and stir in the bacon, tomatoes, onion, and garlic until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add hot pepper sauce, if desired. Serve immediately.
