One-Pot Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon butter
    4 pork chops
    4 potatoes, peeled and sliced, or more to taste
    2 cups baby carrots
    1 onion, sliced
    1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook until browned, 3 to 5 minutes per side. Add potatoes, carrots, and onion. Combine soup and water; pour over pork and vegetables. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
