Spiced Plum Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (3/4 inch thick) boneless pork chops
    4 ripe plums, pitted and quartered
    3/4 cup pineapple juice
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Place the pork chops, and plums into a slow cooker. Mix together the pineapple juice, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl, stirring to dissolve the sugar, and pour the mixture over the pork chops and plums. Cook on Low for 8 hours.
