Terri'S Spicy Vegetable Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup fresh spinach, or more to taste
    1 carrot, roughly chopped
    1 rib celery
    1 small tomato, halved
    1/2 apple, cored
    1/2 lime, juiced
    1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
    1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
    1 pinch salt-free seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash(R) Southwest Chipotle), or to taste
    1 dash hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot (R)), or to taste
    1 dash Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
    water to cover
Preparation
    Combine spinach, carrot, celery, tomato, apple, lime juice, ground flaxseed, ginger, seasoning blend, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a blender; add enough water to cover. Blend mixture until smooth.
