Kris' Barbeque Pit Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups white vinegar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 tablespoon salt
    1 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
    1 teaspoon finely ground red pepper
    3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    1 cup ketchup (such as Heinz(R))
Preparation
    Stir vinegar, brown sugar, white sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, red pepper, and hot pepper sauce together in a saucepan; bring to a boil, place a cover on the saucepan, reduce heat to medium-low. Cook sauce at a simmer, stirring occasionally, until sugars dissolve completely and sauce is thick, about 15 minutes.
    Stir ketchup into the sauce until smooth.
