Zucchini Chocolate Oatmeal Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups gluten-free oats
    1/2 cup almond butter
    1/2 cup coarsely shredded zucchini
    1/4 cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips
    3 tablespoons honey
    3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix oats, almond butter, zucchini, chocolate chips, honey, flaxseed meal, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl until combined.
    Divide mixture into 18 bite-sized pieces and roll into balls. Arrange in a storage container and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
