Ginger Detox Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 tablespoon peeled and chopped fresh ginger root
    1 teaspoon loose green tea
    1 teaspoon honey, or to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil. Add lemon juice and ginger; simmer for 3 minutes. Strain into a tea cup.
    Pack a tea infuser with tea leaves; place in the hot water and let steep, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in honey.
