Easy Slow Cooker Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/4 cup steak sauce (such as A1(R))
1 onion, sliced
1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup water
Preparation

Spread beef stew meat into the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour steak sauce over the beef; top with onion and tomatoes.
Cook on Low for 9 to 10 hours.
Whisk flour into water in a small bowl; stir into liquid in slow cooker. Continue cooking until the liquid thickens, 10 to 15 minutes.
