Sauteed Cajun Shrimp Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup light olive oil
    5 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped scallions
    1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1 1/2 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 lime, juiced
    1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
    2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, scallions, and parsley. Cook and stir for 3 minutes. Add shrimp, Cajun seasoning, cumin, and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir until shrimp are no longer translucent, 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and toss in lime juice, cilantro, and butter.
