Ramp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 ounce) packages Neufchatel cheese, softened
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    3/4 cup minced ramps (wild leeks)
Preparation
    Mix Neufchatel cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl; fold minced ramps into the cheese mixture. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
