Power Salad Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup finely chopped kale
    1/2 cup cooked quinoa
    1/2 cup garbanzo beans
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 carrot, grated
    1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
    Dressing:
    1/2 lemon, juiced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon maple syrup, or to taste
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange kale, quinoa, garbanzo beans, red bell pepper, carrot, and egg in a bowl.
    Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until dressing is well mixed. Pour dressing over salad.
