Nugget Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sweetened condensed milk
    2/3 cup white sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 cup wheat and barley nugget cereal (e.g. Grape-NutsTM)
    1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine milk and sugar. Beat in egg yolks, butter, vanilla and salt. Stir in cereal. Let mixture stand for 1/2 hour.
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
    Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust .
    Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
