Steak And Kale Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 fluid ounce) can vegetable juice (such as V8(R))
    1 (4 ounce) lean sirloin steak, diced
    1 cup chopped kale
    1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion, or to taste
    1 pinch garlic powder, or to taste
    salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix vegetable juice, sirloin steak, kale, dried onion, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let stand until the kale is softened, about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
